In the United Kingdom, interests in the fund are available only to Professional Clients under the rules of the Financial Conduct Authority — 'per se' professional clients (such as regulated financial institutions, large undertakings and institutional investors) and investors who may be treated as 'elective' professional clients after completing our client categorisation assessment (below). In the US, interests are offered only to accredited investors in reliance on Regulation D.
